What we’re building
Three ways to explore how business can change: build for the agent-to-agent economy, find new ways of working alongside businesses, and identify opportunities to rethink established processes.
01 / OUR PRIMARY FOCUS
Building for agent-to-agent business
As agents request, deliver and pay for work from other agents, new questions emerge about trust, authority and whether a result meets the need. We look for gaps in that economy and practical ways to close them.
Our initial work focuses on verification: checks that can help people and agents decide what to accept. These are starting points within a broader A2A effort.
Did we receive everything we agreed to?
Pilot in development
Checks being developed for missing files or records, changed artifacts and data that does not fit the agreed format.
A hash match does not establish who created a file. A schema pass does not prove its contents are true.
Is there enough evidence to accept this version?
Pilot in development
Work to link each requirement to supporting evidence and flag when a change means an earlier sign-off needs to be revisited.
A narrow passing check is not proof that an entire system is correct.
Did the action match the authority given?
Research
Research into whether a requested action, its authority and the resulting record refer to the same operation.
A review does not itself authorize spending, verify settlement or prevent an action.
We’re developing our first offerings and welcome conversations with potential pilot partners.
Why verification? Done isn’t the same as delivered.
Correct totals. Incomplete delivery.
Synthetic illustration—not a customer result or released product demonstration.
An agreed delivery requires records R01 through R10. The file contains R01 through R09. Its declared count of nine and quantity total of 45 both match its contents.
R10 is still missing. Checking the independent requirement reveals what checking the file against its own description cannot.

02 / DIRECT DISCOVERY
Exploring the new economy together
We want to help small and midsized businesses find a practical path into the emerging economy—building on their expertise, creating value today and developing confidence for what comes next.
That starts with listening. Together, we can question established routines: what could be redesigned, combined or removed so people can focus on the outcomes that matter?
We grow through that collaboration too. Nimble organizations bring real problems, practical expertise and fast feedback that push our capabilities forward. Together, we can turn what works into solutions useful to more businesses.
Start with people and their work
Understand the expertise that makes the business valuable, where time gets lost and what people would like to do more of.
Find a useful first step
Choose a change with a clear business benefit—even if it means eliminating a task rather than automating it. Give people room to shape and learn the new way of working.
Build capability through experience
Use a small pilot to test the value and learn how people, software and agents can work together. Let that experience inform the next step into the emerging economy.

Finding problems whose economics have changed
We also look beyond individual conversations for recurring business gaps. Rising costs, changing technology and unfinished enterprise transformations can create a new reason to question an old process. Cheaper software delivery can make a change economical; new ways of coordinating work can make parts of the process unnecessary.
Remove the handoff
Where teams repeatedly copy, reconcile or chase the same information, could the process change so that work is no longer needed?
Prevent the recurring problem
Where businesses repeatedly expedite shipments or resolve the same exceptions, could earlier decisions prevent the costly recovery work?
Rethink inherited routines
Which procedures exist because of limits in older systems? Could a focused change retire those workarounds without replacing everything that still works?
We look for patterns that could support reusable solutions, then test the business case—including the cost of building, operating and adopting them. The result may be conventional software, an agentic workflow or a combination.
These areas are in exploration.
